Once again this year, El.Co is renewing the Summer X Family project, an initiative dedicated to employee well-being and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

During the summer months of June, July, and August, Friday afternoons will be set aside for leisure and family time, allowing our employees to finish their workday early and spend time with their loved ones, relax, and pursue personal activities.
