We at El.Co care about the well-being of our employees, and to do so, the company has developed and designed a

new working mode for the summer season.A choice that will allow our workers, to indulge in extra time with their families during the

period when schools and activities will be closed.

Friday afternoons, in fact, during the months of June, July August and September, will be reserved for recreation and

the opportunity to get away from work to focus on their personal lives.

An initiative that aims to improve our productive activity, decreasing stress and always ensuring high

quality standards.
